Our Home Evaluation Process
We walk through the entire house and give you a list of items that need to be changed or improved. We suggest if staging or improvements are needed (room colors, moving of existing furniture, decluttering or adding new furniture) Vacant Home? No problem! We suggest which rooms need to be staged to attract more buyers and provide room furniture at a minimum cost. At the end of the tour, we give you a before and after home staging value and show you an estimated profit after the sale of your home.
