Although I loved and lived in my home for many years, when it was time to sell, I knew I needed to update it. A fresh coat of paint throughout and new carpeting gave prospective buyers a neutral palette to envision themselves living there.

With the help of the Revitalize Program through Better Homes and Gardens, the process was easy. Working with a designated Project Manager, Ivan Robles provided me with top notch painting contractors and carpet installers. He gave me several to work with, providing three quotes for each and once I made my selection, the work was scheduled right away. This is very important when selling your home. Time is of the essence and one doesn't want to waste the window of opportunity to sell.

Having contracted many vendors throughout the years I was very comfortable with each vendor and their professionalism. Each vendor is approved to be licensed and insured. The appealing part of this program is that it allows you to press forward with getting the work done without the immediate out of pocket cost. The program approves up to a certain dollar amount to utilize towards making the necessary home improvements you deem necessary with the ability to pay it back upon the sale of the house.

My Project Manager Ivan effectively communicated, was prompt in returning phone calls and following up with feedback on the work completed. I felt like I was speaking to a real professional that "had my back" and took me from the projects start to finish.
